Parades 2003
Fairborn & Beavercreek Parades
This years float featured Bible verses. "Jesus Christ-the same yesterday, today, and forever" graced the sides of the van, and "Lo, children are a heritage of the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward" made a positive impact on the back of the float. Our church members and children dressed as soldiers and clowns which opened doors for a better reception of the Gospel tracts.
Pastor Tom Gresham dressed as a Keystone Cop and "arrested" the crowd with a water pistol. Assistant Pastor Brian Hargis dressed as military desert soldier and carried the nations flag. We were the only church to pass out tracts in this year's parades. Over 7,000 Gospel tracts were distributed among the crowd of spectators!
