The Gem City Jubilee - Charity Baptist Church's Annual Campmeeting
The Gem City Jubilee is always held in the last full week of July. Our first campmeeting was in the shell of the new building in Beavercreek; wires
with light bulbs were strung across the auditorium, huge fans were brought in to make up for the lack of air conditioning, and God moved in. We are amazed
at how much God has blessed us over the past decades. Our 2008 campmeeting was held at the new Brownleigh Road property in Kettering, and even with the
electrical fire Tuesday morning that took a lot of space out of commission, it was still a huge improvement over our previous facilities.
God has used every campmeeting since that first one in 1985 to save the lost, encourage Christians, and keep preachers and their families in the ministry.
If you need some fresh manna from Heaven, put our next campmeeting on your calendar. This meeting is not to air grievances, belittle other preachers or "camps",
or beat people up from the pulpit. Our desire is to have a place of refuge and refreshment, a place where people worship in unity, a place where God can move.
Pictures from our latest campmeeting are up, as well as a list of sermons and links to order them online. More information about previous campmeetings will be
posted as time allows. Click on one of the years above to view pictures, videos, and a list of sermons preached.
