We started doing Prayer Breakfasts in 2005, with 35 men and young men in attendance. After a hearty breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash
browns, and biscuits and gravy, we read a portion of Scripture, hear a devotional message from the pastor, take prayer requests, and pray for
specific needs. Prayer Breakfasts are scheduled during the school year; please check the Calendar of Events for

Pastor's Prayer Teams
The Pastor's Prayer Teams were started in 2006, to pray daily for the pastor and needs in the church, as well as to give individuals a change to
take a few minutes and meet before the throne of God with another Christian. Each month, each person is assigned a prayer partner, and the goal is for
the two to spend a just few minutes a day praying, over the phone or in person. Also, before each service, a few of the men meet with the pastor
(or whoever is preaching) and pray with him and ask God to put His touch on him. Julie Patton takes care of the program for the ladies, and Daniel
Williamson for the men.
