Charity Baptist Church Musicians with CDs available
God has given us many talented musicians who are occasionally available to sing at churches in the southern Ohio area.
Email the webmaster and he will forward the email to them.
Abigail Napier
Abby has been playing the piano since she was very young; her mother, Sue, married Evangelist David Spurgeon after the death of her husband, Dr.
Michael Hauenstein, and Abby played the piano for the Spurgeon family until she got married. She recorded a CD of solo piano hymn arrangements,
For God and Country.
Amanda Gresham
Amanda began working with Stephen Estep as her pianist, and they finished a CD, The Promise, in 2007. The disk includes songs of comfort
and encouragement, such as "Hiding Place", "I Can't Lose", and "My Redeemer is Faithful and True".
Amy & Anna
Amy and Anna are sisters who have been singing together for over a decade. Their songs, such as "It's the Blood", "In the Presence of Jehovah" and
"I Just Came to Talk to You, Lord", are a blessing every time they're heard. Amy and Anna have a CD available, By Request.
Imelda Barrios
Imelda is Dr. Humberto Gomez's wife, and she is blessed with a beautiful voice. She has sung in Spanish at our church when the Gomezes
have been here, and Humberto has interpreted for her. "Maestro de Galilea" and "Sólo vine aqui" touch people every time they are sung.
Joyful Sound
Joyful Sound has been singing together since at least 1997. George Blanton plays rhythm guitar, Amy Livers plays piano, Jerry Riffe plays bass, and
all three sing. Debbie Gonzalez sings lead, and Aaron Vaughn plays lead guitar. Their CD, A Place Called Grace, features "Above and Beyond",
"Mercy Came Running", and more.
The Spurgeon Family
The Spurgeons Family (David, Sue, Abby, Rachel and Evay) has been ministered with singing all over the country, travelling with David. Their album
Still Amazed features "Can I Get a Witness", recorded live at Charity Baptist Church, shouting and all.
